American Academy of Emergency Medicine

AAEM was established in 1993 to promote fair and equitable practice environments necessary to allow emergency physicians to deliver the highest quality of patient care.  AAEM/RSA, an independent organization closely affiliated with AAEM, was established in 2005 and is open to residents in emergency medicine programs and medical students interested in emergency medicine. AAEM believes that every individual should have unencumbered access to quality emergency care provided by a specialist in emergency medicine.
